Will I get the original/source files for my ad designs?

Yes, source files are available on request for all subscription plans and Ad Bundles. Source files are not included for ad requests made under a Taste (trial) purchase, unless you upgrade to a full subscription.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment doesn’t go through, all active ad work will be paused until the payment is successfully processed. Once cleared, work resumes automatically. We attempt to charge the card on file up to three times over three consecutive days. If payment fails on the third attempt, your account will be canceled and all work will remain on hold.

Do you provide refunds?

Yes. All monthly plans come with our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied within the first 14 days, you can cancel and request a refund—no questions asked. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full refund details.

I forgot to cancel before billing. Can I still get a refund?

Refunds are only eligible if they fall within the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee period. If you were charged because your subscription wasn’t canceled before the billing date, a refund usually isn’t applicable. However, you can continue using the service until the end of your billing cycle. Any unused requests will remain available if you resubscribe later.

What’s the turnaround time for extra simultaneous requests?

Any additional simultaneous request add-ons follow the same turnaround timeline as your current subscription plan.

What is considered a variant?

A variant refers to design variations you receive—such as different sizes, dimensions, or color versions—while keeping the same core layout.

How many requests can I submit at once?

You can submit as many requests as you’d like. However, your designer or editor will only work on the number of active requests allowed under your plan at one time.

Do revisions affect delivery time?

Yes. Each revision adds an additional 48 hours to the overall turnaround time.

Does the “24-hour turnaround” include weekends?

No. Turnaround times apply only during business days. For example, if a request or revision is submitted over the weekend, the turnaround clock starts on Monday. Complex requests or missing assets may require more time.
